I always stay at this place because it's perfect for me. They have everything I need like Wi-Fi, kitchen, laundry, and a swimming pool. The staff even helped me find my lost ring. I'm coming back for New Year!

We were made very welcome. Very close to the beach and main shopping areas with plenty of restaurants. Not too far from the airport so inexpensive transfers but far away enough that you didn't hear any airplane noise. The area is predominately favoured by Germans and Dutch holidaymakers but we didn't find this a problem. The apartments are not new but are well cared for with all basic facilities. There is a snack bar adjoining the apartments with good food and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

We had an amazing stay at Cabot Tres Torres Apartamentos in Playa de Palma. the owner and caretaker were fantastic, so friendly and accommodating. the location is perfect, with plenty of bars, shops, entertainment, and restaurants nearby. the apartment itself was spacious, with stunning views and all the amenities we needed. Being surrounded by 5-star resorts gave it a premium feel. the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and we would love to stay here again in the future.

It truly deserves a 10/10 rating. Cons: Nothing to fault.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable quiet rooms, good internet, nearby markets, a snack bar next door, several bus stops nearby for getting to the airport and Palma and the location was an easy walk to the beach. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool was kept clean (not heated) with plenty of sun loungers. The kitchen was functional so it was nice to be able to cook some meals to save money. The area is mostly German and Dutch tourists with a few late night revellers but in general a quiet location with minimal street noise. There is no ac but for us this was not a problem.

A microwave would be nice to have, there is an oven but no pans to use in it. The bathroom was a little moldy and the drains were very slow and tended to back up.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful beach and within close proximity to shops and restaurants. It is also conveniently located near the popular party areas like Megapark or Megaarena, perfect for those looking for nightlife entertainment. The apartment itself offers clean and spacious rooms, with friendly service from the staff. The pool area is well-maintained and provides a pleasant view with its tall palms and lush grass. It's definitely a great base for exploring the area, especially with its close proximity to the airport.

Be aware that the walls of the apartment are quite thin, which can result in noise disturbances from neighboring rooms or late-night partygoers.

our apartment was clean and new close enough to center, and s'arenal close to the airport and the beach. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, liked views of the sea. its location was great and incredible, next to oberbayern. also, it was based near the seafront.

Newly renovated, modern apartment. Good location - close to beach and airport. Excellent staff - welcoming and polite. Short walk to supermarkets and shops. Soundproof rooms for peaceful sleep. Equipped kitchen with necessary supplies. Swimming pool and chairs provided. Very helpful and attentive staff.

As a solo traveler, I loved the spacious apartment and comfortable bed at Tres Torres. the cleanliness was superb and the staff, especially Pedro at the front desk, were incredibly helpful. the shower had good water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. the location was perfect, just a short taxi ride from the airport and only 2 minutes away from the seafront. there was a bike shop nearby for any forgotten items. the price and quality of the apartment were excellent.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.
